Franklin, Tennessee band fronted by Hayley Williams, formed in 2004. Riot! and Brand New Eyes made them one of the biggest pop-punk/emo acts of the era, before After Laughter's new-wave turn; Williams's voice and songwriting anchor the band throughout.
